1996 Ford Ranger Dash Lights Not Working

I con not find any blown fusses either in cab or power distribution box under hood i would like to know read more.

Hey i have a 1996 ford ranger 2wd supercab 4 cylinder engine. However auto start stop is disabled when the dashboard instrument display illuminates with the grey auto start stop light with a strike through it.
