2000 Ford F150 Tail Lights Not Working

The 3rd brake light and tag lights work just no tail lights brake lights or turn signals.

2000 ford f150 tail lights not working. Local auto store sold me a flasher fuse but i have no idea where it goes. Reba from united states 5 years ago. I checked the fuses and they are fine as well. When i take my electronic key and unlock the truck the driver rear lights will not light up but when i lock the doors it does light up in the back.
