At just over 2700 square feet this home has ample space for family and friends. An inviting porch creates the perfect space for indoor outdoor living making this the perfect space for year round living or holiday homemaking. The plan states the square footage at just over 2600 sf but as with any plans we discovered some issues while building. We know of several built in coastal areas but none that were built in a country setting like this one.
